Get ready to lace up your running shoes and join Black Star Farms Suttons Bay for their inaugural Wine Run 5k. Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or prefer a leisurely stroll, this event caters to all speeds and styles. With a chip-timed 5k run/walk, along with a 0k option for those who prefer to head straight for the wine, there’s no shortage of ways to participate.

The course, set against the backdrop of our scenic on-site trails, consists of 2 laps and will begin and end at the tasting room. If you decide not to do the 2nd lap, please let the timer know, and they will upgrade your registration to the 1.5-mile walk! Participants should start arriving at 8 AM for check-in, and the race will begin at 9 AM.

Registration includes everything you need for the perfect race day: a T-shirt, wine glass, pour of wine, and finisher medal (which doubles as a wine coaster!).

Fresh breakfast sandwiches (meat and vegetarian) from  their Bistro Polaris will be available for purchase to refuel you post-race. Plus, it will be Sunday Funday at the tasting room, with $5 mimosas and $9 bloody marys!

By participating in this event, you will not only treat yourself to a fun-filled day of fitness and wine but also show your support for our local community. A portion of the registration fees will be donated to our charity partner, TART Trails, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
