Join the Harbor Springs Area Historical Society for their next Harbor History Talk on Thursday, June 21, to explore the family business of Van Dam Custom Boats with Steve Van Dam. Steve will be speaking about the birth of the company, it’s beginnings in Harbor Springs and what brought them to Boyne City. He will also talk about the progression of the company from building only sail boats to adding exotic speed boats, gentleman’s racers, day cruisers, water limousines and more to their repertoire.

This talk will begin at 5:30 pm at the Harbor Springs History Museum. Be sure to arrive early to enjoy wine, cheese and baked goods before the talk. Admission is $10 and free for current Historical Society members. Due to limited seating at the museum we strongly encourage reservations.
