Saugatuck Clean up Oval Beach Event; Keep the Mitten Clean, Saturday, July 13, 11:00 - 2:00 p.m.
- It’s a rare day where trash turns out to be fun. BUT, this is it! Gather your friends, or come and make some new ones at Saugatuck’s annual Cleanup Oval Beach Event. Trash takes on a whole new meaning when enhanced with beach music, giveaways, and lots of laughter as bag after bag is filled with discarded or recycled items and Oval Beach becomes pristine once again. Afterward, hang at ‘The Deck’ where the beer will be flowing, and swag and prizes for volunteers revealed.
