Following the overwhelming success of last summer's debut, the Inn at Bay Harbor is pleased to announce the return of Sunset Sound Healing for the 2025 summer season. Located on the pristine shores of Lake Michigan's Little Traverse Bay in northern Michigan, this beloved wellness experience is offered on Mondays throughout July and August, inviting guests to reconnect with nature's rhythm while experiencing profound relaxation and renewal.
This unique wellness experience weaves together the therapeutic power of sound healing with the soothing sounds of Lake Michigan waves. Participants journey through guided meditation and mindful breathing exercises during an immersive sound bath, where the resonant tones of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums create a pathway to deep tranquility. As the session concludes, guests emerge refreshed to witness one of northern Michigan's most spectacular natural displays – a sunset over the vast expanse of Lake Michigan.
