Celebration of the Michigan Maritime Museum’s 50th anniversary continues with the highly anticipated Rock the Boat “R3PEAT” concert, scheduled for August 23rd from 6:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. With the new expansion of the Museum’s boardwalk, this year’s event offers even more space to rock the docks and jam to some sick beats. With music, food, and wicked good times, Rock the Boat is the raddest fundraiser of the season.

Back by popular demand, The 1985 Band returns to the Museum for another night of bodacious 80’s hits. Dust off those leg warmers and tease up your hair as you jam to some of the greatest hits the 80s have to offer while enjoying a dazzling light show during this immersive, musical experience. Wood, Stock, and Grill food truck returns to offer guests some delectable food for purchase, and a cash bar will provide guests with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

“After the success of the previous two Rock the Boat fundraisers and continuously selling out, we are so thrilled to be able to bring this popular event back for a three-peat,” said Patti Montgomery-Reinert, Executive Director. “With this being a year of celebrations, I can’t think of a better way to round out our 50th summer season.”
