Get ready to look up! The Let's Go Fly a Kite event is back on Frankfort Beach this summer, bringing free kites, colorful skies, and good old-fashioned family fun to one of Northern Michigan's most beautiful shorelines.
The event runs from 3–5 PM on three Saturdays this summer:
● Saturday, June 27
● Saturday, July 25
● Saturday, August 29
Simply register at the Frankfort Beach turnaround and the first 100 participants at each event will receive a free kite to fly. Rain date for each event is the following Sunday.
This is the perfect excuse to get out on the beach, enjoy the Lake Michigan breeze, and make some memories. Best of all — it's completely free!
