The wait is over. After being closed for a total renovation since December 2024, Burdick’s Bar & Grill is back, bigger, bolder, and better than ever.

Located inside the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites in downtown Kalamazoo, Burdick’s has been a local favorite for more than 30 years. Following its full transformation, the 11,890-square-foot destination now features 348 total seats, two private dining rooms, four lanes of duckpin bowling, and a massive TV above the bar that could rival a jumbotron as well as dozens of additional screens - fans will never miss a moment of the game! The reimagined space brings more energy, more flavor, and more ways to gather while staying true to its roots as one of Kalamazoo’s favorite game day spots.

Guests can expect a refreshed food and beverage experience with new stone-fired pizzas, Burdick’s signature smash burgers, handcrafted panuozzos (a traditional Italian sandwich made from pizza bread), and shareable appetizers. The updated bar program highlights Michigan craft beer, inventive cocktails, and game-day classics. Built for fans, expansive screens are seen throughout the restaurant to ensure every seat has a great view of the action. A new to-go counter also streamlines carryout and connects directly to Kalamazoo’s Social District.

Burdick’s Hours Beginning Tuesday, September 23:
Monday - Thursday 11am - 12am
Friday - Saturday 11am - 1am
Sunday - 11am - 12am

Reservations will open later this week and can be made online at burdickskz.com.

“Burdick’s has always been one of Kalamazoo’s go-to gathering places, and this renovation takes it to a whole new level,” said Ryan Cunningham, Executive Director of Food and Beverage at Greenleaf Hospitality Group. “From the food and drinks to duckpin bowling and private dining, we have created a destination built for game days, celebrations, and everyday occasions.”

Tim Rayman, CEO of Greenleaf Hospitality Group adds, “This reopening marks an exciting new chapter for Burdick’s. We are thrilled to welcome back longtime fans and first-time guests to a completely reimagined space that delivers a fresh dining and entertainment experience in the heart of Kalamazoo.”

The reopening of Burdick’s is part of a series of exciting enhancements at the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites Kalamazoo. The hotel completed a full renovation of its guest rooms and event spaces in early 2024, debuted the new Lobby Bar in July, and is preparing to launch a reimagined, customer-driven shopping experience in its gift shop this fall. Together, these updates reflect the commitment to elevating the guest experience and strengthening downtown Kalamazoo as a vibrant destination for visitors and locals alike.
