Description
Welkom to Nelis' Dutch Village! We’re open every day from late April through Labor Day and weekends to the end of October. We're happy that you want to learn more about us. Over our 60 year history, our ten acre site has added and continues to add features that mirror life in the Netherlands  of 150 years ago. On arrival you’ll be surrounded by Dutch buildings, flower gardens, canals and windmills. Our associates in Dutch costumes including wooden shoes, welcome you as you start to learn about the history and culture of the olde Dutch life.

What you’ll see: Includes authentic Dutch craft demonstrations including klompen (wooden shoe) dancing, wooden shoe carving, delft pottery making, old Dutch Farmhouse cheese making and tasting, as well as family life in a Frisian farmhouse with an attached barn that’s filled with our expanded petting zoo.

Kids love us! Their one price admission includes all rides and attractions. This includes Harry's Windmill Ride (Ferris Wheel), our popular Dutch chair swing ride, a restored antique carousel, Petal Pumper Cars, and Plasma Cars for racing on our KinderBaan highway. Kids may ride as many times as parents allow. Our petting zoo has many friendly farm animals to pet and feed. They can even Walk our goat!

Our Children's Corner includes Sjoelen, a Dutch shuffleboard game, and our Giant Wooden Shoe Slide that’s been delighting kids since 1967. Nearby is our Windmill Water Pumping Race where three old fashioned hand operated pitcher pumps provide rushing water that pushes your yellow rubber duck down the waterway and back to victory. Also Het Klim Kasteel, The Climbing Castle is new this year and kids already love it.

We are conveniently located at the corner of US31 and James St. in Holland. Our 2018 Theme Park Admission is: Adults $12; Seniors $11 (65+); Kids (3-15) $10. Our large gift shops are adjacent to our park and open year-round. Food and drink are available on site at our Hungry Dutchman Cafe' and Thirsty Dutchman Pub.

This is our 60th year of entertaining visitors and we have special celebration events scheduled throughout our season. See more about them on our listed events. Our park is barrier free, handicapped friendly, all on one level and has plentiful, convenient free parking.

Come visit! You’ll make some great new family memories!
