Michigan Sustainable Business Forum will host an online roundtable discussing how the state’s cannabis industry has struggled to translate its legal status and economic opportunity into prosperity, equity, and sustainability.

Michigan’s marijuana market is expected to grow exponentially and become a major economic force, but the state’s industry has significant barriers to growth and equal opportunity. Speakers will center and speak to equity, corporate responsibility, and how state and local policies are impacting the industry. Topics will include economic empowerment in areas of disproportionate impact, compliance, best practices, policy wins, and social equity.
