On Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 7pm at the Civic Auditorium, the LaPorte County Symphony Orchestra (LCSO) will present The Texas Tenors and the Purdue Varsity Glee Club in concert. The Glee Club will take the stage with the LCSO in the first half and The Texas Tenors will conclude the evening with the Orchestra. The concert is made possible with the generous sponsorship of Dr. Charles and Mrs. Rita Hagenow and Purdue Federal Credit Union.

The Texas Tenors are currently touring the country after appearing on “America’s Got Talent” and amassing over a half a million followers on social media as well as 20 million views on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. With over 1,400 performances to their credit with symphonies, performing arts centers, corporate events and outdoor festivals in addition to a very successful PBS Special, they truly possess the rare quality of mass appeal. The Purdue Varsity Glee Club is returning to sing with the LCSO after their near sellout performance with the Orchestra in April of 2015. Under the direction of William Griffel, the Glee Club will sing several selections both with and without the Orchestra.
