Broomstack Kitchen Wine Dinner with Black Star Farms; Wednesday, March 27, 2024 At 6 PM

Blackstar Farms loves collaborating with local restaurants to showcase the vibrant happenings in their community’s food and wine scene. They incorporate talented area chefs’ innovative dishes to complement Blackstar wines. This time they are stepping into the unique world of Broomstack Kitchen and Taphouse, where craft food meets vibrant taphouse ambiance.  They hope you can join them for this food and wine celebration with their esteemed winemaker, Lee Lutes, as the guest of honor.

Here is what the evening will include:

1st Course
Savor the rich flavors of duck confit with carrots, parsnips, and tangy sundried tomato butter alongside our 2021 Arcturos Gamay Noir.

2nd Course
Indulge in hearty braised beef shank ravioli stuffed with creamy mascarpone and smothered in a red wine marinara sauce paired with our 2019 Isidor’s Choice Terrace Red.

3rd Course
Refresh your palate with a honey-poached pear salad tossed with frisée and Pecorino Romano, dressed in a zesty white wine vinegar, accompanied by our 2021 Arcturos Pinot Blanc.

4th Course
Save room for dessert! Finish the evening on a sweet note with hazelnut roulade cake paired flawlessly with Sirius Maple Dessert Wine.
