Dreaming of filling your home with fresh, local flowers this spring? Head to the Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum on March 13 at 6:00 p.m. for a fascinating presentation by Fieldsview Farm called “Field to Bouquet: Growing Local Specialty Cut Flowers.” Owners Derek and Amy will share how they grow beautiful, sustainable blooms without the environmental impact of imported flowers. You'll learn about their passion for eco-friendly farming practices and how to bring seasonal beauty into your home. While you're at the museum, be sure to explore the lovely gardens and check out other free family-friendly events in March, like:

She'll be highlighting three birding hot spots in Kalamazoo County and the exciting feathered friends you can expect to see there.

Registration is required, so visit the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary website or call 269-671-2510 to save your spot.
