This multi-day event will showcase the bounty of the Traverse City region’s amazing agriculture, craft, and creativity. Blending flavors, sights, and sounds, you’ll be able to indulge in bold bites from renowned chefs and restaurants, sip on a handpicked selection of over 100 local wines and craft beverages, and learn from top-tier chefs and experts. Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Michigan, Traverse City Food & Wine will offer a true feast for the senses.

Cooking Class & Dinner with Estate Chef Wednesday, August 20 | 4 PM
Enjoy this hands-on cooking class in the kitchen at Bistro Polaris. Estate Chef John Korycki will share a few of his favorite culinary tips and tricks, discuss the local farms that he sources from, the best seasonal ingredients to use, and of course, talk about how to incorporate wine in your cooking. The class is followed by a wine-paired dinner, where the group feasts on dishes they have learned to prepare. Class size limited to 12 people.
Goat Yoga - Wellness & Wine Thursday, August 21 & Friday, August 22 | 10 AM.
Join this farm yoga experience, featuring special dates in conjunction with Traverse City Food & Wine. The classes (suitable for all experience levels and ages) are one hour: 45 minutes dedicated to yoga, with the remaining 15 minutes available for taking pictures and cuddling the goats! Tickets include one glass of wine, cocktail, mocktail, or NA beverage Sessions are limited to 24 people.
Progressive Food & Wine Tasting Around the Estate Thursday, August 21 | 12 PM
Join our Certified Wine Education Specialist to tour the "farm" and learn about Black Star Farm's wine production, while sampling a variety of wines and small bites along the way. Experience the Inn, stop at the wine cave where the reds are aging, and visit the tasting room for dessert wines and sweet treats. This is your opportunity to discover the beauty of our winery estate while experiencing the magic of food and wine pairing. Only 7 spots remain.
Top Tier Tasting of Limited Reserve Wines Friday, August 22 | 12 PM & Saturday, August 23 | 11 AM
Enjoy an educational tasting in the exclusive barrel room, where you'll sample the best of our ultra-limited reserve wines from traditional-method sparkling wine, exquisitely-aged Riesling from our library, single-vineyard Pinot Noir, bold Bordeaux-style red blend, to ice wine-inspired dessert wine. Learn more about these special wines, the region, and the winemaking process. Only 6 spots remain for 8/22. Only 7 spots remain for 8/23.
