Celebrate New Year’s Eve in South Haven, home to one of the largest and most energetic celebrations along the Lake Michigan shoreline. Downtown streets close to traffic and open to a citywide block party filled with music, lights, and late-night fun. Local shops, restaurants, breweries, and tasting rooms stay open late, with live music and special events throughout the evening. Families will find plenty to enjoy, including ice skating, kid-friendly entertainment, a photo booth, the Fish Tales Scavenger Hunt at the Michigan Maritime Museum, and a Family New Year’s Eve Party at the South Haven Center for the Arts, which requires preregistration. As midnight approaches, the outdoor stage features magic shows, fire and LED performers, and aerialist acts.
