Lowell Arts announces the U-Create Member Exhibition, featuring the unique visual artwork created by Lowell Arts members. Lowell Arts member artists, age 14 and older, are invited to submit one piece of art in any media. Eligible art or fine craft needs to have never been displayed at Lowell Arts, be suitable for all viewing audiences, be ready for display, and be for sale. Selected artwork will be on display at the Lowell Arts Gallery from April 26 – June 7, 2025.
The deadline for entries to the exhibition is March 29. The entry form and full artwork requirements are available on the website.
There will be an Artist Reception open to the public on Sunday, April 27, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Visitors can meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments at the reception.
There is no fee to enter, but artists must have a current Lowell Arts Membership to be eligible. Membership is $45 for individuals and $25 for students. Lowell Arts memberships are active for a year and provide discounts and member benefits.
The exhibition is open to the public at the Lowell Arts Gallery, 223 W Main St, Lowell, MI 49331. Regular gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
