A concert series running from November 2026 to April 2027 at the listening-room-style venue,
Sound Check.

Lowell Arts is bringing live music back to Sound Check for a third season with a 12-concert
series running November through April. Sound Check, a venue connected to the United Methodist Church
of Lowell, has been designed specifically for live performance. The series transforms the intimate 90-seat
venue into a listening-room experience for music enthusiasts in West Michigan, featuring a mix of local
favorites and award-winning artists.

“After two seasons of settling into Sound Check, our concert series has fully flourished into a warm and
inviting environment to hear live music,” says Ryne Clarke, Program Manager at Lowell Arts and sound
technician for the series. “I truly believe we have booked some of the best local, original, up-and-coming
and well-established talent that Michigan has to offer.”

The line-up for the 2026-27 Lowell Arts at Sound Check series includes Eastown Swing Band, Sweet Dee
and the Wild Honeys, The Go Rounds, Candid Antics, Roosevelt Diggs, and so many more exceptional
groups. “The audience and band connect on a deeper level that you would never get at a dive bar,
restaurant, stadium, or arena,” states Clarke. “It's so important, now more than ever, to support local. Every
classic song started in a room; your new favorite band or song could be right in your backyard.”

Tickets can be purchased for individual concerts at an affordable price of $20 in advance or $25 at the door,
though two of the concerts are priced higher, see website for details. For a full list of concerts and to
purchase tickets in advance, visit the Lowell Arts website. Concert tickets can also be purchased in advance
in-person at Lowell Arts, or via phone (616-897-8545). Tickets will also be available at the door at Sound
Check, subject to availability.
