This summer and fall, the Inn at Bay Harbor invites guests to experience the enchantment of moonlit evenings with the Full Moon Dinner Series, a monthly culinary event presented by Vintage Chophouse | Wine Bar.
Held in the elegant Sagamore Room, each Full Moon Dinner at the Inn at Bay Harbor, is a communal celebration of seasonality, indulgence, and lunar wonder. Taking place from July 10 through November 5, the series offers guests a front-row seat to the brilliance of the moon and a chance to connect over exceptional cuisine and wine.
Each evening begins at the community-style table, where guests enjoy a chef-curated, multi-course dinner inspired by the flavors of the season and the symbolism of each month’s full moon. Courses are thoughtfully paired with sommelier-selected wines, and every meal concludes with a house-made dessert. Guests are invited to cap off the evening with a cordial under the night sky on the lakefront terrace.
"There's something magical that happens when people gather around a shared table under the full moon," says Vintage Executive Chef, Tony McCaslin. “From the amuse bouche to dessert, every course is designed to delight with seasonal ingredients, intricate flavor pairings, and thoughtful wine selections that elevate the entire experience. The Full Moon Dinner Series is more than a meal – it’s an evening of culinary artistry set against the beauty of a full moon.”
