At Treetops Resort in Gaylord, you’ll find five championship courses designed by legends like Tom Fazio and Rick Smith. Whether you’re tackling elevation changes or indulging in customizable Stay & Play packages, Treetops delivers an unforgettable golf escape.

Crystal Mountain is home to two championship golf courses and a top-tier Golf Learning Center. Mountain Ridge, home of the Michigan Women's Open, is carved into the side of the mountain, offering stunning views and significant elevation changes. Betsie Valley is a mix between a links- and parkland-style course. With the 2025 Players Pass, you can play unlimited golf on the Betsie Valley course anytime Monday through Thursday, at twilight Friday through Saturday, and after 1pm on Sunday. Play anytime during the Early and Late season. 

 

The Petoskey Area is home to 16 amazing golf courses spanning the region. It is also home to BOYNE Golf’s “Magnificent Ten” which is made up of 2 courses at Boyne Mountain, 4 courses at The Highlands, 3 courses at Bay Harbor Golf Club, and Crooked Tree Golf Club of Bay Harbor area. One specific course to highlight is The Heather course at The Highlands as it has earned a reputation as one of the finest championship courses in the entire United States. Coming in 2025, officially, will be The Highlands' new short-course Doon Brae Short Course which features a Himalayan-style putting green.
