VanderZand to Director of Human Resources. VanderZand is a five-year team member who held
two previous roles, including Recruiting Manager and, most recently, Human Resources
Manager. This promotion comes as the Human Resources Department restructures its
organizational chart to strengthen the HR leadership team and drive continued growth and
success at GLC.

Before joining the Gun Lake Casino family, Jill held various management positions in Human
Resources and Recruiting. Not only does she have the work experience but also an educational
background to complement it. Jill possesses a Master of Science Administration in Human
Resources Management and a Bachelor of Commerce. She also holds SHRM-CP, THRP, and DiSC
professional certifications.
