The JW Marriott Grand Rapids’ French restaurant, Margaux, has announced the first installment of its Chef Series, debuting on Tuesday, May 19

This intimate evening for 12–18 guests features a thoughtfully-crafted five-course dinner that reinterprets classic French cuisine through a modern lens. Menu highlights include a bruleed foie gras torchon, deconstructed boeuf bourguignon, and a vertical tarte au citron for dessert. The experience truly showcases the creativity, technique, and passion of Margaux’s culinary team, offering guests a closer look at the artistry behind each dish.
