Fall is just around the corner and Downtown Holland and Tulip Time are excited to announce an expanded partnership for this year’s upcoming Fall Fest, being held Friday, October 2 and Saturday,  October 3 in Downtown Holland. The annual Fall Fest is a popular two-day festival hosted by Downtown Holland, the Holland Farmers Market, Tulip Time, and Windmill Island Gardens that features live professional  pumpkin carving, pumpkin carving displays, children’s activities, hayrides, and more. In addition to hosting a community-wide tulip planting and an artisan maker’s market during Fall Fest, Tulip Time will also be offering a fall edition of their popular Proost! Tasting Tours during this year’s event. The 2026 Downtown Holland Fall Fest is proudly sponsored by T-Mobile.

"Fall Fest is a wonderful way to bring our community together, said Gwen Auwerda, Executive Director of the Tulip Time Festival. “We’re excited to expand our partnership with Downtown Holland to create even more opportunities for residents and visitors to experience the traditions, culture, and hospitality that make Holland so special.”

The Proost! Fall Tasting Tour is a spirited walking journey through Downtown Holland that blends local flavor with Dutch charm. This 21+ experience invites guests to stroll between three festive stops, each offering a curated selection of three 3 oz. alcoholic pours, thoughtfully paired with small bites. Along the way, guests will enjoy a guided experience highlighting the history of Holland and its Dutch roots, exploring the city's cultural influences and the traditions that continue to shape the community today. The tour is a delicious and engaging way to explore the stories, flavors, and spirit of the fall season. The Fall Fest edition of the Proost!  tour will be offered on Friday, October 2 and Saturday October 3 at 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 5:00 pm.  Advanced tickets are required for the tour. Tickets can be purchased at www.hollandfallfest.com and www.tuliptime.com.

Fall Fest will kick off on Friday, October 2 with Tulip Time’s Community Tulip Planting from 10:30 am – 3:00 pm.
