For more than half a century, Cornwell’s Turkeyville USA has been a place for  families to come and enjoy a day on the farm, and this June the Cornwell family will be  taking the next step in that tradition by introducing summer camps to their lineup of  activities.

Elyse Cornwell-Bibbings, the fourth generation of Cornwell’s to lead Turkeyville, says  the new programs are a perfect fit. “We’ve always been a great place for kids to enjoy  themselves. We have a vintage arcade, swimming pools, farm animals, 400 acres of wide open fields. It’s a perfect place to be a kid in the summer. And I should know, I grew up  running around this place, and my kids grew up here.”

The new program, called Camp Cornwell for Kids, will launch with two weeklong  sessions in June. Each camp session will run Monday through Friday, from 9am – 3pm and  feature a wide variety of activities from singing and dance classes, to cookie baking, to  crafts and outdoor activities.

“Campers will have the chance to sing, dance and act with our professional actors,  as well as bake and cook and craft under the supervision of our wonderful camp staff,” says  Cornwell-Bibbings. The specific activities of each session will be guided by the theme for  the week. The first session, WICKED WEEK, will run June 8-12, and is themed after the  musical and hit movies, Wicked. The second session, TOTALLY TAYLOR, running June 15- 19, will be inspired by the music of Taylor Swift.
