Michigan Farmstead, Home of the Critter Barn, invites families to celebrate the autumn season at its sixth annual Boo at the Barn event. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite costumes and explore the farm, which will be transformed into a festive, spooky wonderland.
The event features a variety of family-friendly attractions, including a corn pit, barrel train rides, games, special animal encounters, and, of course, candy! Visitors can also spend time with all of the farm’s friendly barn animals, enjoy the 5,000 square foot playground, and explore the barrier-free grounds.
Boo at the Barn will take place on Friday, October 23, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, October 24, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Admission is $10 for youth and adults, $8 for seniors and military personnel, and free for children ages two and under.
"We are thrilled to welcome the community back for our sixth year of Halloween festivities," said Executive Director, Tony McCaul. "Boo at the Barn offers a safe, accessible environment featuring hands-on education- just the place for families to make lasting memories together."
Michigan Farmstead is the new name of Critter Barn- a name chosen to better reflect the organization’s expanding educational offerings.
