Feel The Summer Zeel!
Zeeland’s outdoor summer concert series returns to the beautiful Lawrence Park Bowl! Brought to you Royal Park Place and Royal Atrium Inn, Holland Area Arts Council and Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural affairs this series is FREE and features some of the best musical acts in West Michigan! Music begins at 6:30pm and continues until 8pm.
In celebration of the 15th year of Soundz of Summer, the event will kick off with a community night which will feature two musical groups. Over the span of five weeks, you can enjoy live music in the beautiful Lawrence Street Park amphitheater. Seating is available in the amphitheater, but personal chairs and blankets are also encouraged. Picnics will be available for purchase this year! Every week, apart from week one (July 2) event goers can purchase a picnic dinner for $5 from 5pm to 7pm under the pavilion.
Concert Schedule:
July 2 – Community Night featuring performances by Sunday Scaries and DB Horns.
July 9 – Dueling Pianos. This is an all-request show with a healthy dose of interactive comedy thrown in to entertain any audience.
July 16- Old Days Chicago Tribute. A Michigan based band dedicated to preserving the music of the iconic Chicago Rock band.
July 23 – Funkle Jesse. A group that plays music that spans across generations, including pop, rock, oldies and Motown, classic rock and current top 40 hits.
July 30 – Joe Johnson and the Bluebacks. A renowned West Michigan Blues Band with original music mixed with some of the great Chicago blues cover songs.
