Yoga in the Sky is back for a second year at Boyne Mountain Resort offering a transformative yoga experience on SkyBridge Michigan - the world's longest timber-towered suspension bridge stretching 1,200 feet long.  Soaring 118-feet above the valley floor, this extraordinary adventure blends invigorating movement with tranquil mindfulness, creating a spiritual experience that quite literally elevates your yoga practice to new heights.

 

Held on select Saturdays this summer and fall, Yoga in the Sky invites participants of all levels to begin their morning with a 30-minute guided hike up the slopes of Boyne Mountain, followed by a 45-minute yoga session atop SkyBridge Michigan.  After class, guests receive full-day access to scenic chairlift rides and SkyBridge Michigan, providing continued exploration and rejuvenation.

 

Event Details:

  • Time: 8 – 10 a.m.
  • Price: $45 per person
  • Participants should wear closed-toe shoes suitable for hiking and are encouraged to bring water and sunscreen. Yoga mats are provided and carried during the hike.

NEW FOR 2025: Peaks & Poses Sunrise Yoga

For those who prefer to keep their feet firmly on the ground, Boyne Mountain is offering the new Peaks & Poses, a sunrise yoga experience in the Superbowl area on select Sundays.  This early morning practice allows participants to greet the day with mindful movement while surrounded by northern Michigan's natural beauty.  The serene mountain setting provides the perfect backdrop for centering the mind and energizing the body as daylight breaks over the horizon.

 

Event Details:

  • Time: 5 – 7 a.m.
  • Price: $35 per person
  • Participants should wear closed-toe shoes suitable for hiking and are encouraged to bring water and sunscreen. Yoga mats are provided and carried during the hike.
