The Kalamazoo Holiday Parade is the official kick off to the holiday season. For 63 years, the parade has captured the spirit of the holidays with marching bands, over a 100 parade units, giant balloons, and floats. Hosted in the heart of Downtown Kalamazoo, the parade kicks off at 11 a.m. and continues after the parade with special events hosted downtown to encourage people to stay downtown and celebrate the power of small businesses, community, and holidays.
