French Restaurant Margaux Launches New Chef-Driven Tasting Menu Series

The JW Marriott Grand Rapids’ French restaurant, Margaux, has announced the first installment of its Chef Series, debuting on Tuesday, May 19! 

This intimate evening for 12–18 guests features a thoughtfully-crafted five-course dinner that reinterprets classic French cuisine through a modern lens. Menu highlights include a bruleed foie gras torchon, deconstructed boeuf bourguignon, and a vertical tarte au citron for dessert. The experience truly showcases the creativity, technique, and passion of Margaux’s culinary team, offering guests a closer look at the artistry behind each dish.
