Located in what was once the Fox Building. The existing building will be transformed into a boutique hotel, which will reflect the flagship Holland location's signature aesthetic in many key aspects.

The new hotel will be designed to achieve LEED Certification and will feature 28 rooms, each with a unique color-scheme and layout combination. The hotel will also boast a number of high-end accommodations, including CitySen Lounge featuring a full bar with a select dining menu and CityBru Coffee for fair trade coffee at any hour.
