The Gary Grimshaw Memorial Series (GGMS) is a limited edition series of large, hand-screened prints on handmade paper, which showcases the more esoteric works of Detroit's legendary rock and roll poster artist, Gary Grimshaw (1946 - 2014). Gary provided a seminal visual reference for the regional underground youth movements in art, politics, and culture, beginning with his first Grande Ballroom poster dubbed 'The Seagull' in 1966. The GGMS picks up where Gary's 1992 project to restore his works for modern publication left off. Gary began with his most iconic images; now this series begins at the other end of the spectrum, to bring rarely seen or undiscovered gems to production in the highest of quality.

The GGMS premiered in the fall of 2015; is a partnership between Richard Wohlfeil of Lo & Behold in Hamtramck, Michigan, and Laura Grimshaw, Gary's widow, through the Gary Grimshaw Legacy Foundation. As of March 2018, there are nine distinct designs available; with opportunity to obtain a subscription to all designs, past and future.
