Check-in is at Legends on the Hill on the main resort where you will board the shuttle. A detailed Event Itinerary will be emailed 1 week prior to the event.

Soup - Morel and Mushroom Bisque

Salad - Baby Kale Salad with tomato, cranberries, apple and cashews

Entrée - Petit Filet Mignon with Blackberry Demiglaze accompanied by a Jumbo Shrimp Skewer and served with Sour Cream Cheddar Chive Mashed Potato and Glazed Asparagus

Dessert -White Chocolate Cherry Mouse
