From the North of Italy, enjoy famous Piedmontese staples of black truffle, risotto Milanese, polenta, and more. Our chef-educator, Chris Mushall, will create a wonderfully entertaining and educational afternoon of food and fun. All cooking classes are approximately four hours concluding in a sit down meal where guests get to enjoy all they have created.

Class begins at 12:30pm, please arrive 10 minutes before the class so we may check everyone in and get started on time. Consider bringing an apron and your favorite knife (we will have extras if needed).
