Step back through time as you walk the path of the Fire of 1871 and relive the devastation that happened 145 years ago. With stories shared through images, objects, and firsthand accounts of the fire, you’ll feel a community’s heartbreak—and hear its rallying cry. This is a 1.5 mile, casually paced walk that begins and ends at the Cappon House Visitor Center. Admission to the Cappon House is additional.
