Get a chance to speak directly with a cheese expert and learn about how certain flavors, textures and acidities of wine pair with hard soft and aged cheeses. Each of the 5 preselected pairings with give you a more in-depth understanding of how and why specific types of wines and cheeses complement one another. Cheese will be provided by “The Cheese Lady” in Kalamazoo.
