Live Stream a New Musical Drama from Farmers Alley Theatre (Fri/Sat/Sun)

  • If you’ve been missing live theatre, Farmers Alley Theatre (based in Kalamazoo) will be debuting a new production this weekend with a live reading that you can tune in to from home! 
  • It’s part of their “Creators Studio,” where Farmers Alley Theatre is showcasing this new production by a local composer. 
  • The production is called “Sophia, Our Beloved,” and you can register online for a free ticket to the live stream tonight, Saturday evening, or Sunday afternoon.


Outdoor Easter Egg Hunt: April 3 at Cornwell’s Turkeyville (Marshall)

  • Cornwell’s Turkeyville in Marshall is hosting a free outdoor Easter Egg hunt for kids the Saturday right before Easter, so April 3rd! 
  • The hunt starts at 11am, and you’ll need to be there and registered by 10:45. 
  • It’s open to kids up to 14 years old, and the eggs will have prizes like candy, prize tickets, or free ice cream at their Ice Cream Parlor. 
  • They do ask that everyone follows social distancing and CDC guidelines during the egg hunt.


MSU Science Festival: Online Events All of April

  • This is a fun event that’s going on during the whole month of April: the MSU Science Festival is back again this year, with all of their events available virtually and for free all month long online. 
  • They’ll be showcasing presenters teaching and talking about science, as well as technology, engineering, arts, and math, plus activities that you can explore on your own.
