Things to Do, Places to Go for Memorial Day Weekend

Saturday & Monday: Anniversary Celebration at MOO-Ville in Nashville

MOO-ville Creamery in Nashville is partying this weekend! They’re celebrating both their 15th and 16th Anniversaries (since they missed last year’s celebration), and you can stop by on Saturday or Monday for lots of outdoor family fun on their dairy farm! They’ll have farm tours, a petting zoo, and a bounce house, plus souvenir ice cream sundaes made with their delicious fresh ice cream, which I can never pass up!

Tomorrow: Island Spirits Party at Round Barn Estate in Baroda

The Annual Island Spirits Party is coming up tomorrow at Round Barn Estate in Baroda, where you can turn your weekend into a tropical getaway! They’ll have live music and Rum Punch flowing all day, with lots of space to spread out and relax in their Vineyard Commons. They also have a fun “Sip & Savor Trail” going on, where you can collect stamps at their different locations around SW Michigan and win prizes!

Today: Blessing of the Fleet at Michigan Maritime Museum in South Haven

If you’re ready to jump right into the long weekend, the Michigan Maritime Museum right in South Haven is kicking off summer with their “Blessing of the Fleet” ceremony today. Your ticket will get you into the ceremony for a safe boating season at 5pm, followed by an outdoor fish fry accompanied by live music, craft beer, boat rides, and more to welcome summer in style.
