Things to Do, Places to Go – July 16, 2021

Looking for weekend plans? We chatted with COSY FM to share ideas of things to do and places to go this weekend in West Michigan!

7th Anniversary at Cogdal Vineyards this Sunday: South Haven

Cogdal Vineyards, right in South Haven, is celebrating their 7th anniversary with a party this Sunday! They’ll be releasing new versions of some of their favorite beverages, along with a brand new hard cider! They’ll have live entertainment going on, and you’re welcome to bring your own blanket and picnic, or grab food from Pizza Parliament on site while you’re enjoying the live music and beverages.

Pirate Cruises on the Star of Saugatuck

If you’ve always wanted to be a pirate, you’ll want to climb aboard the Star of Saugatuck this weekend! Their daily cruises this Saturday and Sunday are going to be “Pirate Cruises,” and you’re encouraged to come dressed for the part! They also have daily cruises going on all summer long, offering some really great views of the Saugatuck area that you can only see by boat.

Movies on Deck: Muskegon

Movies on the Deck are back in Muskegon this summer, with open-air screenings taking place on the deck of the LST 393 Veterans Museum, right on the waterfront. Make sure to bring your own seating, and they’ll have concessions available, as well as accept donations to support the museum. The free screenings start at dusk, and you can catch the original Jumanji tonight, or Toy Story on August 6th.
