Saugatuck Douglas CVB; 4th of July!
Do you have what it takes to spend the entire day in Saugatuck for the best 4th of July ever? Start your morning or early afternoon off with some live tunes at the seasonal farmers market and load up on artisan foods, local fruits and vegetables, plants and more! Then stroll over to Butler Street at 11:00 a.m. for the festive parade and cheer on our armed forces, bands and floats as they march through downtown. The festivities don’t stop there, quench your thirst at The Mitten or Guardian breweries, shop the afternoon away, and then sit back and relax with live music on the shores of Coghlin Park from 8:00 – 11:00 p.m. And finally, the grand finale – a fireworks and laser show at dusk!
St. Joe Today; Antiques on the Bluff
Everyone loves treasures, right! And treasure hunters delight in finding that one (or two or three!) special thing that speaks especially to them – the perfect object for the perfect space. Because even if it may be old, it’s new to you! Overlooking Lake Michigan is Lake Bluff Park and what an amazing setting for the 50 or so vendors that participate in Antiques on the Bluff. This event is free and happens rain or shine. And if you miss this one, make note that it happens every first Sunday of the month from now through October.
