Festival of the Arts – Grand Rapids

It’s definitely an art-filled, foodie-kind-of-weekend and you’ll find more to love at Grand Rapids’ Festival of the Arts, the biggest street party of the year. And it’s all about bringing people together to celebrate artistic expression – encompassing virtually every discipline of the arts – visual art, dance, music, film, literature, design and more.  With over 150 music and dance performances over a wide variety of genres, it’s guaranteed you’ll find something to love. Enjoy some quality family time at any of the many spots where you can create your own t-shirts, paintings, stories, headgear, sidewalk art, and more.  It’s also become one of the city’s favorite food events, as local nonprofit organizations host booths offering a tremendous variety of street foods, including Greek, Polish, Asian, and Latin favorites.
