There’s Still Time to Enjoy Fun Events in West Michigan this Fall

Crane Orchards/Crane’s Pie Pantry

If you’re looking for that taste of Fall, you can head to Crane’s Pie Pantry in Fennville for fresh pies, cider, apple dumplings, and more. They also make hard cider, wine, and frozen pies if you’re looking to pick something up to take the flavor home. They’re currently holding a food drive, and you’ll get a free cider donut if you bring a non-perishable to donate. Stop by Crane Orchards right across the street for u-pick pumpkins, apples, and a last chance to explore their corn maze before it closes for the season!

BattleGR

If you have kids, or are a kid at heart and haven’t checked out BattleGR yet, they just opened a new location in Grand Rapids that houses their arena for laser tag and archery tag, plus sports courts, a healthy snack bar, and more. They’ll be celebrating their grand opening the weekend of November 6th, and you can book a two-hour time slot at half off that weekend to check out their new facility! If you can’t wait that long, they’re also hosting a Trunk or Treat event on October 30th, and an Adult Costume Party on Halloween.

Boo at the Critter Barn

And lastly, Critter Barn is celebrating Halloween this year at their farm in Zeeland! Join them on October 31st from 10am-5pm for decorations, costumes, candy, and of course, visits with all of Critter Barn’s animals! Pre-registration is required, with tickets $5 per person, or family passes available. This is a fun way to support the Critter Barn, and help donate to the construction of their new hands-on educational facility that’s currently being built.
