FREE ADMISSION: 

Guests can go to the link to on the attached flyer to purchase a special discount event meal package of Scottish Specialties and a beverage for $20 for adults and a child’s version for $10. 

FOOD: 

Chef Tony Houser, hailing from the Macleod Clan, is enjoying creating a unique menu of Scottish fare in addition to the regular organic menu: 

“We’ll have “Forfar Bridies”, scottish pastry with a savory filling of local organic veg and meat & veg options also “Neeps & Tatties”- A smash of local potatoes and farm fresh turnips.” 

BEER: 

Brandon MacClaren: Brewmaster- has a rich Scottish heritage and he is happy to share that in the beer he creates. 

“In addition to our beer & cider selection we are launching a very special beer: Scotch ale aged for a year in rum and bourbon maple syrup barrels” Brandon 

MUSIC: 

The Caledonia Kilty Pipe Band Members will be performing throughout the day. The Tune Shakers will be playing a fun mix of Celtic style music.

River Saint Joe Founding Member, Ann Tuite- lived outside of Edinburgh, Scotland, in South Queen’s Ferry for many years. “We are happy to share the traditional games of Scotland, with a twist, that adults and children can participate in at the Tartan Festival” 

River Saint Joe Event Coordinator- MaryAnne McKenna Bryan’s Father was born & raised in Glasgow. “I visited Scotland with my father on a couple occasions and love the rich heritage. I am so happy to be a part of this fun event and look forward to growing it every year!” 

River Saint Joe Manager of Sustainability & Design – Josh Dickson- Has roots that go back on his fathers side including Scottish and French Huguenot elements.
