Holland Farmers Market’s Indoor Market Returns to the Holland Civic Center This Saturday

After a short break for the holiday season, the Holland Farmers Market returns this  Saturday, January 6 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm inside the Holland Civic Center Place, located at 150 West  8th Street in Downtown Holland! The Indoor Farmers Market will continue the first and third Saturdays  from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm in January, February, March, and April.  

“While our vendors and staff enjoyed a much-deserved holiday break, we are all so excited to be able to  offer our customers an opportunity to purchase fresh, healthy, and local foods once again at the Indoor  Farmers Market,” said Marketing Coordinator Kara de Alvare. “Being able to get your fresh fix in the  middle of winter while shopping local inside the warmth and comfort of the Holland Civic Center Place really can’t be beat!” 

Over 30 vendors will be participating in the Indoor Winter Market throughout the season, providing  customers with a wide product assortment of fresh produce and specialty foods. Among the products  being offered are winter vegetables, fresh apples, bread and other baked goods, honey and maple syrup, ready-to-eat foods, sweet treats, jams and jellies, farm-raised meat, eggs, gourmet specialty foods, and  so much more. Lemonjello’s will also be serving hot coffee onsite for shoppers to enjoy.  

As always, shopping early in the day is always recommended for the best product assortment. Customers  are reminded to bring cash for all transactions, though an onsite ATM is available for those that need it.  Bridge Cards, Double Up Food Bucks, and Market Bucks gift certificates are also accepted at the Indoor  Farmers Market. No dogs (except for service animals) are permitted inside the Civic Center. Free parking  is available on site. The Indoor Market will also be your last chance to grab 2023 Market Merchandise  including tote bags, coffee mugs, magnets, posters, and stickers!
