Greenleaf Hospitality Group (GHG) introduces Brick and Brine, a new restaurant slated to open in late Fall 2021 in Downtown Kalamazoo. Brick and Brine will be located on the lobby level of the Radisson Plaza Hotel and Suites and feature New American fare, a variety of seating options, and a warm social atmosphere.
GHG is passionate about providing a unique and exceptional guest experience that is elevated yet approachable for downtown dwellers, visitors, and travelers. Brick and Brine will host three private event spaces, main dining room seating, and bar and lounge seating. The open-air concept, complete with sliding glass walls, will be the first of its kind in Downtown Kalamazoo. A private chef experience, details to-be-announced, will offer a unique dining opportunity for guests.
The culinary experience at Brick and Brine will consist of a seasonally changing menu, brined proteins, indulgent desserts, and familiar flavors with a twist. A bar and lounge area at the front of the restaurant will feature craft cocktails and a large wine selection.
“We’ve dedicated an abundant amount of hours in the last year to reimagining our restaurant offerings. I’m ecstatic with what our team has created for our Kalamazoo residents and the thousands of visiting guests we have overnight at the hotel. I invite you to join us for your next happy hour, date night, company holiday party, or any other occasion you can imagine to enjoy a phenomenal dining experience,” said Tim Rayman, CEO of Greenleaf Hospitality Group.
Brick and Brine is the newest addition to locally owned and operated Greenleaf Hospitality Group. Renovations to the new space within the Radisson are well under way. Stay up-to-date on the latest at Brick and Brine by signing up for updates at brickandbrinekz.com.
