Farm meets Fork with Bistro Polaris at Black Star Farms

Announcing the spring opening of Bistro Polaris at Black Star Farms. Featuring Mediterranean style cuisine, combining global flavors and food specialties with  local ingredients.

The Bistro Polaris at the Winery Estate of Black Star Farms is Where farm meets Fork and  Vine meets Glass

Mediterranean inspired, with a focus on local farms and our award-winning wines, you’ll find  global cuisine with a casual vibe in the new year-round bistro. Wine dinners, Neapolitan  style wood-fired pizzas, local greens, panini, artisanal appetizers, and local ice cream flavor  the menu. You’ll even find BSF focaccia bites made with our own Pinot Noir wine grape  flour.

While enjoying outdoor dining, you may see the occasional horse canter past, hear goats  bleating in the pasture or watch grapes coming in from harvest.

Bring the kids for lunch – we have a family-friendly menu. After dining, enjoy a walk through  our garden, past the horse stables and goats, or explore over 3 miles of hiking trails through  forest, orchard and vineyard.

Opening May 25th, 2023. Open Wednesday through Sunday. Offering wine dinners,  Neapolitan style pizzas from the wood-fired oven and Mediterranean inspired cuisine.
