The Bistro Polaris at the Winery Estate of Black Star Farms is Where farm meets Fork and  Vine meets Glass

Mediterranean inspired, with a focus on local farms and our award-winning wines, you’ll find  global cuisine with a casual vibe in the new year-round bistro. Wine dinners, Neapolitan  style wood-fired pizzas, local greens, panini, artisanal appetizers, and local ice cream flavor  the menu.
