Based on William Steig’s book, Shrek!, and DreamWorks’ beloved 2001 movie, comes a musical adaption of the favorite adventure of Shrek and Donkey! In a whirlwind mashup of classic fairy-tale characters, Shrek and Donkey begin a quest to save their swamp and confront the evil Lord Farquaad. Conquest, adventure, and love are combined to create a magical, new spin on the classic fairy tales of old.
