Muskegon Community Paddles are free monthly paddles utilizing various Muskegon county waters. Open to anyone with a paddleboard, kayak, canoe or other paddle craft. Meet other paddlers and explore a section of a lake or river in Muskegon county with a 2 hour guided paddle. All participants must have a U.S. Coast Guard approved personal floatation device(pfd). Meet at 8am, paddle from 8:30-10:30am. Those without a paddle craft can rent a kayak or paddle board from Guy's Ultimate Kayak Service for only $5.  This months paddle on Mona Lake has an option to go out into Lake Michigan and up the coast to Pere Marquette park beach.
