This day long course with Chef Valerie Hanson will cover the topics in our five week Young Chef Series but all in one day. They will begin with kitchen safety and knife skills and end by sitting down to a full meal they prepared. They will experience hands-on baking, frying, sautéing, proper measuring, and more.
