The full festival will not run in 2021, rather the Hackley Hooley, presented by Family Financial Credit Union, a hybrid event of the Michigan Irish Music Festival. A one-day event, Sept. 18th at Hackley Park in downtown Muskegon. Hours. 11 am - 8 pm. Live music, food, shopping, craft beer and Irish beverages. Tickets: $10.
