Crawlspace Theatre Productions is offering improv summer camps for children ages 4-17. Camps are grouped by age, offering separate camps for ages 4-6, 7-10, 11-13, and 14-17. Each camp will give participants the opportunity to learn fun improv comedy games, and experience first-hand the skills that improv can teach. These skills include confidence, leadership, positivity, learning to support each other, and listening. Emphasis of each camp will be on having fun, while learning to work together to create this hilarious art form.

Camps are taught by Tara Sytsma, Crawlspace Eviction Improv Troupe member of 15 years, with 17 years of education experience. Each camp will also have another Crawlspace Eviction member teaching as well. Camps for 11-17 year olds will focus on improv comedy, as well as sketch writing and performing. Camps will each run 1 week for 3 hours a day. Each camp will have a short performance on the last day for families and friends. A healthy snack will be provided each day of camp.
