Our classes are offered January through June. Each hands-on cooking experience will leave you with a new mastery of your kitchen, its tools, and ingredients. After preparing your menu items, enjoy them paired with delicious Chateau Chantal wines!

Cost is $150 per person. Dates include: January 21, February 4 and 18, March 4 and 11, April 8 and 29, May 6, and June 10 (other Saturdays in February through May will feature other activities and will therefore show as 'blocked' in our system). Please show up 15 minutes ahead of time to ensure that class starts on time for all participants.

Sat January 21:  Continental French
A wide array of entrees, sauces, and side dishes to pair with wine. Explore Escoffier's Mother Sauces and their derivatives, along with Lobster Thermidor, Beef Wellington, and more!

Sat February 4:  Piedmont
Truffles, pasta, and sauces from the lush north of Italy. Join us as we explore Turino, Albany, and Orta de San Guilo. Learn to prepare Piedmontese dishes such as homemade pasta, risotto, Piedmontese meatballs, and minestra.

Sat Feb 18:  Handmade Pasta
Learn the art and skill of handmade pasta. Fettuccine, ravioli, and agnolotti, with classic sauces such as Bolognese, Pesto Genovese, Seafood Alfredo, and more.

Sat March 4:  Handmade Pasta

Learn the art and skill of handmade pasta. Fettuccine, ravioli, and agnolotti, with classic sauces such as Bolognese, Pesto Genovese, Seafood Alfredo, and more.

Sat March 11:  Cinque Terra
An adventure through the Five Fishing Villages of Northern Italy where we will prepare swordfish, clams, mussels, shrimp, and Bronzini, along with homemade bread and pasta.

Sat March 25:  Introduction to Handmade Pasta
Learn how to make a variety of pasta from scratch, accompanied by classic sauces and accoutrements.

Sat April 1:   A Taste of Asia
Experience an array of traditional cuisines from different regions of Asia.

Sat April 8:  The Mediterranean
Influenced by the great cultures that surround the Mediterranean, from the Levant to Spain, explore ancient Greece and southern Italy, Morocco, and Egypt.

Sat April 29:  Alsace
Is it Germany? Is it France? The grapes came from the Romans, but the natives here have cultivated a unique cuisine. Explore Raclette, pot au feu, braised rabbit, trout and, if locally available, morel mushrooms.

Sat May 6:  Piedmont
