Stop out and say farewell as we celebrate the completion of the Douglas SBD-2P Dauntless Bu. No. 2173. The remarkable restoration team, at the Air Zoo, has dedicated more than 40,000 hours to the pristine restoration of this National Treasure.  Come congratulate them on a job well done and see the magnificent aircraft before disassembly begins (October 18th) for its timely voyage to Honolulu Hawaii, where it will be dedicated, on December 7th, at the 80th anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor ceremonies.

Guests will be welcome to visit the Flight Discovery Center all weekend at no cost. (Free admission does not include the Flight Innovation Center)
